David de gea wouldn't have won the golden glove without him - Marcus Rashford praise teammate

Shot stopper in goal for Manchester united david de gea has been with the club since 2011 and was phenomenal in the just concluded 2022/23 EPL season, refusing to allow the opposition to put the ball at the back of united net, 16 clean sheets better than other English Premier league keepers. Rashford doesn't think david de gea would have kept this high numbers of clean sheets if it wasn't for Brazilian player casemiro who has been the engine of the midfield since his arrival from los blancos side real madrid.

"I voted for Case [Casemiro] and Bruno [Fernandes]. I feel like Case has done an amazing job since coming in and he has made us a lot more solid."

"He's one of the reasons why David [De Gea] managed to win the Golden Glove, and we were just a lot more solid in the midfield. That freed the likes of people like Bruno and [Christian] Eriksen, who I thought has had a tremendous season as well, to play their football."
